The first is a comprehensive renovation of the renowned Smith & Wollensky at South Pointe Park, Miami Beach- one of South Florida's most distinguished waterfront restaurants since opening in 1997. Located at 1 Washington Avenue, South Pointe Park, this classic steakhouse offers commanding views of Government Cut, passing cruise ships, and the Miami skyline, establishing it as a benchmark for sophisticated waterfront dining for nearly three decades. We take pride in our sustained partnership with this iconic brand: our team has successfully executed multiple renovations at this location over the years, fostering a relationship built on trust and consistent results. This project represents our most substantial undertaking to date, the largest renovation we have performed there, and we are pleased to collaborate once more with such a respected name. To maintain seamless operations and minimize impact on guests, the work is structured in carefully planned phases, enabling us to introduce contemporary elegance and updated features progressively while safeguarding the timeless steakhouse character, exceptional quality, and legacy that define the venue.

In parallel, we are advancing the expansion of wait n' rest's proven private sleep room concept at Miami International Airport. wait n' rest has built a strong reputation as an innovator in airport rest solutions, with established operations in South America-including its flagship location at Bogotá's El Dorado International Airport-where soundproof, well-appointed rooms have consistently received amazing feedback for converting extended layovers into effective periods of rest and recovery. Building on this success, we are now adding a new facility in Concourse H (South Terminal), complementing the existing location in Concourse D (North Terminal, near Gate D15). These private rooms provide a quiet, comfortable environment with beds, showers, high-speed Wi-Fi, climate control, and flexible hourly bookings starting at $40, offering travelers an essential refuge for rest and recharge in one of the world's busiest international airports.
