Sixty Vines at Miami Worldcenter marked the brand’s first location in Miami-Dade County and became a defining milestone for our team.
The success of this project strengthened our relationship with the Sixty Vines team, leading to additional work with the brand, and it set the foundation for four more projects (and counting) within the Miami Worldcenter development. It established Us Construction as a trusted partner to both the client and the landlord development team as the district continues to grow.

The space began as a true gray shell with dirt on the floor and no interior systems in place, and over the course of just 21 weeks - ultimately ahead of schedule - we transformed more than 10,000 square feet into a fully finished, operational restaurant that reflects the brand’s signature wine-country aesthetic and performance standards.
