Sixty Vines Las Olas involved a full renovation and brand conversion of the former Cuba Libre restaurant, a concept with an entirely different aesthetic, layout, and operational flow. Our team transformed the space inside and out - including the exterior façade and roof - reimagining it as a bright, airy, modern restaurant that reflects the relaxed yet elevated identity of Sixty Vines. The project spans two levels, requiring extensive reconfiguration of the interior floorplan, circulation, kitchen support areas, bar infrastructure, mechanical systems, and all finishes. We delivered the full build-out on a 100% negotiated basis, awarded directly without competitive bidding due to the strong trust built during our first successful Sixty Vines project. This relationship has since evolved into a true partnership with FB Society, who now consider Us Construction a go-to construction partner in South Florida. Our scope included structural modifications, full interior demolition where needed, new finish packages, millwork, lighting, acoustics, exterior upgrades, and a complete redevelopment of the building's presentation to the street. The result is a completely transformed dining destination that looks and feels like a brand-new build within the existing Las Olas corridor.
