Serafina Miami Worldcenter brings the iconic New York–born Italian restaurant brand to one of Miami’s most dynamic developments. As the group’s second Miami location and our second project at Miami Worldcenter, this build-out strengthens both our relationship with the Serafina Restaurant Group and our expanding portfolio within the district.

We transformed a raw grey-shell space into a lively, Mediterranean-inspired dining destination featuring Serafina’s signature design language - warm textures, colorful details, custom millwork, an inviting bar, and an energetic indoor/outdoor flow that captures the brand’s global appeal. Our work included new kitchen and prep infrastructure, full MEP integration, specialty lighting, acoustical treatments, and refined finish packages tailored to their identity.

Throughout the project, we worked closely with the Serafina team and their designers, continuing the strong partnership developed during their first Miami opening. The result is a vibrant neighborhood anchor that blends Serafina’s world-known hospitality with Miami’s modern dining culture - delivered with precision, efficiency, and seamless collaboration.
