Mango’s Tropical Cafe
Mango’s Tropical Cafe Orlando is a two-story, 55,000-square-foot entertainment complex that combines a restaurant, nightclub, live performance venue, and event space under one roof. The venue is built around a massive central stage, multiple lounges, and X kitchens/hoods that support a full-service restaurant, banquet operations, and high-volume beverage service. Behind the scenes, more than 14,000 square feet are dedicated to kitchens, bars, and back-of-house support, including a primary production kitchen, prep and banquet kitchens, and a warming kitchen on the second level.
A flagship entertainment destination that continues to impress—10 years after opening, it looks and performs like day one. This project is a living showcase of our craftsmanship, durability, and commitment to quality. When you visit, you experience firsthand the standard we set and the capabilities we bring to every build.

CONTRUCTION
Designed for up to 2,000 guests, Mango’s features multiple themed rooms, four private/event areas, and nine uniquely themed bar areas, all tied together by a multi-million-dollar sound and video system, wide-screen displays, and immersive lighting. The build-out required complex structural coordination for double-height volumes and balconies, nightclub-grade acoustics, performance lighting and AV integration, extensive MEP systems sized for high occupancy, and durable yet vibrant finish packages that match the brand’s high-energy, Tropical-inspired aesthetic.
“The team delivered a space that exceeded every expectation. Their attention to detail, communication, and commitment to quality made the entire process seamless. Mango’s Orlando wouldn’t be what it is today without their expertise.”

Operations Director, Mango’s Tropical Café Orlando
