After a major hurricane severely damaged Little Palm Island, Us Construction was selected to restore the interiors of all public-facing amenities at America's only private island resort - a destination accessible exclusively by seaplane or boat.

Our scope included the full interior reconstruction of the resort's restaurants and bars, spa, fitness center, retail store, and meeting and gathering spaces. Each environment required elevated craftsmanship and precise coordination to preserve the refined, understated luxury that defines the Little Palm Island experience.

The project presented significant logistical challenges due to the island's remote access. All materials, equipment, and personnel were transported by barge, requiring meticulous planning, sequencing, and coordination to maintain schedule and quality standards. Working closely with ownership, designers, and specialty vendors, our team navigated post-storm conditions while delivering cohesive, high-performance interiors across every public space.

The result is a fully restored collection of amenities that balance resilience with elegance - allowing Little Palm Island to reopen with spaces that feel seamless, timeless, and worthy of its iconic status.
