Giselle is a fully immersive rooftop restaurant constructed atop club E11EVEN, recently named the #1 nightclub in America. The venue spans three distinct rooms, each designed with its own identity, ambience, and high-end finish palette to create a layered, transportive guest experience above one of the busiest nightlife venues in the country. Executing this project required exceptional coordination and technical precision.

The restaurant operates from a highly constrained ~1,000 SF kitchen, demanding advanced MEP integration, specialized exhaust and hood routing, and complex structural detailing — all installed directly over a 24/7 entertainment venue with no allowable disruption. Every system tie-in and penetration had to account for acoustics, vibration, and continuous operations. Giselle features custom millwork, sculptural lighting, premium finishes, indoor/outdoor transitions, and a signature bar program, all delivered within a tight rooftop footprint with limited access and rigorous logistical planning.

The result is a standout, multi-room rooftop destination that demonstrates our ability to create elevated hospitality spaces in the most challenging vertical and operational conditions.
