CMX CineBistro is a flagship entertainment venue blending full-service dining with premium moviegoing. Featuring seven theaters, a 360-degree bar, and plush reclining seats with in-theatre dining, it anchors the CityPlace Doral development as a top destination for elevated entertainment.

This project demanded adaptability building interiors before the mall was fully enclosed and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Building inside an active outdoor mall under construction, we adapted to complex conditions, coordinated with the landlord's team, and delivered ahead of schedule while maintaining exceptional tenant relationships.
