Us Construction completed a significant renovation at Club Space, one of Miami's most iconic nightlife venues, focused on reworking circulation, upgrading core infrastructure, and modernizing key building systems — all while preserving the club's identity and continuous operation.

The scope included the reconfiguration and turnaround of all staircases except one, requiring careful structural coordination and sequencing within an active, high-density environment. In addition, our team completed extensive infrastructure upgrades and targeted interior updates to improve functionality, safety, and long-term performance.

Working within tight spatial constraints and a technically demanding existing condition, the project required detailed planning and close coordination with ownership, engineers, and specialty trades. The result is a refreshed, better-performing venue that supports Club Space's intense operational demands while maintaining the character that has made it a cornerstone of Miami's nightlife scene.
