The Flagship Lounge at D30 sets a new standard for premium travel. This 22,000-square-foot space was built from a previously undeveloped area of MIA, requiring extensive preconstruction and precision coordination of new utilities. Designed for international and first-class passengers, the lounge features chef-driven dining, premium wine and cocktail zones, private suites, spa-inspired showers, and richly appointed seating environments.
Our team delivered advanced MEP systems, custom heated and refrigerated buffet stations integrated into millwork, and specialty lighting—all while working above active retail tenants and maintaining seamless operations. Completed in just 8 months, this project showcases our ability to execute complex, high-end aviation interiors with zero disruption to existing services in a complex environment.

CONTRUCTION
Our team provided preconstruction, and GC services, managing complex MEP upgrades, acoustical treatments, custom millwork, and full technology integration while keeping the terminal fully operational. This project reflects American Airlines’ brand standards and continues a trusted partnership spanning more than 10 years and over 60 projects at MIA.
"USCC's team's attention to detail, expertise, and professionalism have been instrumental in delivering a high-quality (First Class) facility that meets and exceeds our expectations. The successful completion of this project is a testament to your team's expertise in managing complex construction projects in a high security-high regulation-high traffic airport environment. I would like to commend USCC for adhering to the project and working (staying) below the budget, while at the same time maintaining high standard of quality and workmanship. The team's collaboration with our staff and the designers were key factors in the success of the project."
