We transformed the Admirals Club at D30 into a modern, 22,000-square-foot lounge designed for comfort, efficiency, and elevated hospitality- all within one of MIA's busiest terminals. Delivered under an aggressive 8-month schedule, this complete gut and remodel features multiple kitchens and bars, private rooms, workspaces, and spa-style amenities, all designed for comfort and efficiency.

Our team provided preconstruction, and GC services, managing complex MEP upgrades, acoustical treatments, custom millwork, and full technology integration while keeping the terminal fully operational. This project reflects American Airlines' brand standards and continues a trusted partnership spanning more than 10 years and over 60 projects at MIA.

Our scope included full interior demolition and reconstruction, complex MEP upgrades to support multiple kitchens and bars, acoustical treatments, custom millwork, and complete technology integration all executed while maintaining 24/7 terminal operations. "USCC's team's attention to detail, expertise, and professionalism have been instrumental in delivering a high-quality (First Class) facility that meets and exceeds our expectations. The successful completion of this project is a testament to your team's expertise in managing complex construction projects in a high security-high regulation-high traffic airport environment. I would like to commend USCC for adhering to the project and working (staying) below the budget, while at the same time maintaining high standard of quality and workmanship. The team's collaboration with our staff and the designers were key factors in the success of the project."
