This new five-story infill building was constructed on an exceptionally tight site, positioned between two existing 10-story structures with zero lot line. Designed to house a three-floor plastic surgery center and two additional floors for future tenants, the project adds a modern presence to South Miami’s business district, adjacent to the popular Whole Foods Market.
The scope included full site utility installation, a rooftop terrace, and large windows framed by bold exterior moldings to create a contemporary yet timeless architectural expression. Despite significant spatial constraints, our team delivered with precision and agility—allowing the owner to refine interior design details while the base building was under construction. This coordination ensured a seamless simultaneous opening of both the building and its interiors.
Exceptional client and vendor relationships kept the project on track despite city delays and logistical challenges. The result: a sophisticated, high-performance facility that provides a new home for a thriving medical practice and future tenants.
